The contract locks 1% of curve reserves to the deployer each time totalMintedFair crosses a new 10% bracket of K_SUPPLY. Nine brackets total (10% through 90%); no fee on the final 90 to 100% segment. Claimable any time, any number of times.

Whichever wallet's call triggers selfDeprecated earns this. That can be the buy that pushes totalMintedFair past 99% of K_SUPPLY, or whoever calls forceFlipAfterDeadline() once BUY_DEADLINE has passed. Baseline 1%; +1% per full day past the deadline; capped at 6%. One-time claim.

notes for the deployer

• The streaming fee accrues per bracket cross. Each crossing snapshots 1% of current sellers' reserves at that block, so later crossings (after more inflow) generally lock larger absolute amounts than earlier ones.
• Sells that drop totalMintedFair below a previously-crossed bracket do not reduce deployerBracketsCrossed. The high-water counter only goes up.
• Calling claimDeployerFee() sends (deployerFeeOwed - deployerFeeWithdrawn) to DEPLOYER via low-level call. Reverts on transfer failure (for example, if DEPLOYER is a contract without a payable receive).
• Reverts when nothing is currently owed (NothingToClaim), and for non-deployer callers (NotDeployer). No flip-state requirement; you can pull on every bracket if you want.
• The deployer's accrued amount is excluded from curveReserveEth() regardless of whether it has been withdrawn yet, so sellers cannot accidentally drain the deployer's earmarked share.
